June 6, 7, & 8, 2025

Basic Enhancements, Inc., Sacred Space Egyptian Yoga LLC, Black Moses Freedom Festival LLC, and Penn Center Present The Black Moses Freedom Festival celebrating the Legacy of Harriet Tubman through Heritage, Health, and Wellness.

 

Beaufort, South Carolina – The Penn Center at 16 Penn Center Circle St. Helena Island, S.C. will host The 4th Annual Black Moses Freedom Festival, taking place June 6th - June 8, 2025, featuring holistic health introductions and demos, as well as financial literacy and urban agriculture workshops to engage the community in activities that contribute to well-being and community within the Lowcountry.

 

The Penn Center is proud to continue the legacy of The Black Moses Freedom Festival celebrating the Legacy of Harriet Tubman in Beaufort County. The Black Moses Freedom Festival will provide opportunities for our community to explore, learn, and exercise new paradigms of what liberation means through themes of economic empowerment, agricultural equality, art, wellness imperatives, culture, and community.

June 6th 3pm - 9pm

June 7th Combahee River Tour 10am, Festival 12pm-6pm, Liberation Mixer 6-10

June 8th Sunday Salutations: yoga, meditation, sound bowls, acupuncture 10am-12pm. 12pm: Tea and Networking

2 pm -4pm: Penn Center Dining Hall.
